Lane P. - Ladylike Rust

I took this picture around the end of January at an old summer camp in my neighborhood. I fell in love with the design of the bench and decided to get some macro shots so I could capture the detail. I really like how the rust stands out from the remaining white paint. I adjusted the contrast and the curves so the colors stood out more. Enjoy!

Jayla J. - Untitled

I shot this photography while I was in New York City at the Apollo Theatre. I shot this image because its a wall that every celebrity that has visited and or performed at the theatre has signed. I love how you can see all of the signatures. The general edits I made was I only cropped the image.

Grant B. - Cheering Longboarder

This picture was shot about a month ago for the Perspective Project. It was taken at Church of the Highlands' parking lot. I like the memory that the picture has and her pose is funny. The edits I made were changing the contrast, curves, saturation, and fixing the red eyes.

Ellie W. - Blue Ball

This photo was taken a couple of weeks ago at my house.  I took it for the Perspectives project but it wasn't up close enough to use for the macro shot so I decided not to use it.  I really like it though, especially how the light is hitting the ball so that it makes those light prisms.  I also like how bright the color of the ball is.

Carson P. - Chick*fil*a Valentine's

I took this picture on Valentine's day. This picture is really neat because of the uniqueness of the chicken biscuit. Not really that great of a picture in itself because I was in a hurry, but the subject matter makes up for it. I used curves on it in photoshop to adjust the contrast and brightness.

Jacob W. - Red Lion

I shot this image two weeks ago in my backyard. I shot this picture for the macro portion of the perspectives project. I shot this picture because I liked how the bright sun really made the dandelion pop. Caroline C. - The Bus

This photo was taken a week ago. In the stairwell on D hall. I took it because I thought it would be a good ford perspective shot. I  like the way that it looks like a cartoon, in a way. I boosted the saturation and contrasted it. And cropped it in some.

Emily B. - Cluster

This was shot about a week or two ago around the nature trails that run in my neighborhood.

I added a bluish hue to the photo and saturated it a bit.

Morgan Ann C. - Lurking in the Shadows

I took this picture for the RSS project. It was taking in my dinning run with the sun setting coming through the window. Lane P. - Home is Where the Spotlight is

This is a shot I took around the beginning of February of the theatre in Hoover High School. I absolutely love the lighting and how the seats are darker than the stage. I took the shot because the theatre is one of my favorite places to be and I wanted to capture that. I wish that the stage wasn't so bright and I had to change the curves a bit. Enjoy!

Tanna R. - Only

This picture was taken for the RSS Project. I took this picture at a red light one night on the way home from work. It was a rainy day and a perfect time to get a good reflection picture. Morgan M. - Untitled

I named this picture "Shadow Hands". I took these pictures in front of a wooden door and shined a light in front of it. I really like this picture because of all the different gestures the hands make and where they are coming from. I made the photos into a composite and used a black background. I made no edits.

Zach H. - Boat
