It was shot about three weeks ago. It was shot at the park in Old Helena. I was taking it for the night and day project. I like the angle of the trashcan and how the picture is from the ground and its a deferent perspective. I sharpened the image, made it black and white and then applied a mask and made just the trashcan in color.

I like how in this picture that the colors are dull and not super bright. It helps with the whole effect of the black and white background. Nice picture(:
I like this picture because of the black and white back ground and the barrel being the focus of this picture. i like the low angle that this was taken at as well. If i were to make a suggestion I would try and get rid of that stuff on the tree or just blur everything except the barrel. Overall, Good shot.
I really like how the trashcan is in color and the background is not. Also how the angle of the shot is taken from the ground. I think if there was a little more contrast it would help the colors stand out even better though.

i really like that you used the layer mask to make just the barrel in color, it gives the whole scene a very wintery, vintage look. nice job!
